1. Service Scope
We provide catering and allied wedding services as agreed upon in your booking confirmation, including any specific requirements discussed in advance.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a written agreement or booking confirmation, along with any advance payment as discussed.
3. Payments
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Any delay in payment may result in service suspension or cancellation.
4. Changes & Modifications
Any changes to services, menus, dates, or other arrangements must be communicated in writing at least [X] days prior to the event. Additional costs may apply.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund eligibility will depend on the timing of cancellation and any expenses already incurred.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details, including dates, venues, guest count, and special requirements, to ensure smooth execution.
7. Vendor Coordination
While we coordinate with vendors, we are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors beyond our control.
8. Liability
We take utmost care in delivering our services, but we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, venue restrictions, or force majeure events.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
